WARRIOR AS-17 Anti Slip – Surface Etching Solution for Safer Non-Slip Floors
Originating from Singapore and trusted in Singapore and Malaysia for more than 30 years, WARRIOR AS-17 Anti Slip is a surface etching anti-slip and cleaning solution designed to create slip resistance on tiles and multiple substrates with minimal changes to surface appearance. Unlike surface coatings, AS-17 works by microscopically etching the surface and creating microscopic pores and grooves to improve surface grip, eliminating concerns of delamination, blistering, or peeling. Suitable for residential, commercial, and industrial applications, WARRIOR AS-17 provides a practical and long-lasting anti-slip treatment for bathrooms, kitchens, walkways, ramps, swimming pool surroundings, and other slippery surfaces. It can also be used to remove surface dirt and expose fresh, clean concrete surfaces. Treated areas can be used immediately upon completion without any curing time, making AS-17 an efficient solution for slip prevention and surface maintenance.
FEATURES

(For new waxed tiles, remove the surface wax prior to application, to ensure even coverage and uniform effect.)
2. Apply AS-17 evenly onto the surface to be treated.
3. Allow AS-17 to etch the surface for 20 minutes. (Do not step onto the treated surface throughout the treatment and waiting period.)
4. Wash and rinse the treated surface thoroughly.
5. Job done.
AS-17 can also be used to etch away the surface dirt on concrete surface, exposing fresh and clean concrete layer.
REMARKS
For extra anti-slip effect, repeat the treatment process above.
Do not apply single thick coat nor etch for too long, to prevent over-roughening and uneven surface appearance. Surface etching is a non-reversible effect.
Do a patch test to check for changes in surface appearance, prior to full scale application.
AS-17 is corrosive and can corrode stainless steel and aluminium.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
1. Wear nitrile gloves, gumboots and safety goggles. Ensure good ventilation at site.
2. Skin contact: Wash immediately with soap and plenty of water.
3. Eye contact: Flush the eye for 15 minutes with plenty of water and seek medical attention immediately
